Biography:

Dr. Helen Chen received the doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Missouri, St Louis. Dr. Chen has been an HR practitioner for nearly two decades. Her consulting practices span the globe, focusing on working with large corporations to address talent management needs such as assessment, executive hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and coaching.

Dr. Chen also serves as sessional faculty at McMaster University, DeGroote School of Business, teaching in both the undergraduate Commerce and MBA programs.
