Biography:

Dr. Leung is an esteemed mental health practitioner and scholar, boasting extensive experience in both Canada and Hong Kong. With a remarkable tenure of 16 years in university teaching, Dr. Leung has adeptly imparted knowledge in various social sciences subjects, including social work, mental health, occupational psychology, and organizational behaviour. The wealth of past experiences makes Dr. Leung exceptionally valuable in teaching these subjects at IBU.

In addition to teaching, Dr. Leung’s research interests encompass workplace mental health, immigration mental health, and applied ethics. Dr. Leung remains deeply committed as a social service consultant for various welfare agencies. This continued involvement underscores Dr. Leung’s dedication to the enhancement of their service and organizational developments.
