Biography:
Dr. Crissa Chen is an accomplished educator with nearly two decades of experience as an Associate Professor at Chaoyang University of Technology. During her tenure, she made significant contributions to both academic and executive functions, particularly as the Department Chair of the Teacher Education Department. In this role, she played a vital part in shaping educational strategies and policies, enforcing a dynamic learning environment that benefited both faculty and students.
Before joining the International Business University faculty, Dr. Chen taught at esteemed institutions such as Georgian College, Algoma University, Yorkville University, University Canada West, and Chaoyang University of Technology. These diverse roles allowed her to share her expertise with a wide range of students, enriching the academic communities she engaged with. Dr. Chen has a robust portfolio of published papers and deep expertise in organizational learning, adult education, and counselling, significantly influencing the fields of education, business, and human resource management.
Over the past 20 years, she has supervised numerous administrative interns, student teachers, and thesis projects. Her commitment to education and passion for promoting student growth have made a lasting impact on international business and higher education, inspiring future leaders, and educators.
