Biography:

Scott Allinson brings more than two decades of leadership experience across federal and provincial governments, with a particular focus on postsecondary and K–12 education, workforce development, and public policy. His career has spanned both the public and private sectors, including senior roles in association management, where he led government relations strategies and spearheaded initiatives to align organizational objectives with evolving policy landscapes.

Scott has developed and executed comprehensive advocacy campaigns, built strategic partnerships with stakeholders, and advised on the design and implementation of impactful communications frameworks. His in-depth understanding of the legislative process and regulatory environments enables him to navigate complex policy challenges and deliver actionable insights to advance institutional goals.

In addition to his public service and association work, Scott is highly regarded for his expertise in grassroots mobilization, public affairs, and the development of responsive programming that addresses emerging needs in education and the future of work.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Organizations from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
