Joseph Chi Ho So is a faculty member specializing in Information Engineering, with expertise in computer networking, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and smart technologies. He brings over 20 years of academic experience teaching computing and information systems at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with research focused on machine learning for education and learning technologies. Alongside his academic career, Joseph has extensive industry experience as Chief Technology Officer of Smart Location Technology Ltd., and previously held network operations and engineering roles at PCCW and CyberCity@Network in Hong Kong.
