Hanna Ha

Biography:

Hanna Ha is a faculty member specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Leadership Learning, with a focus on leadership development, human engagement, organizational change, transformative learning, and DEI‑informed workplace development. She teaches business communication, leadership in diverse environments, and creativity and innovation across university and college settings, integrating reflective and applied learning approaches. Alongside her academic work, Hanna brings extensive leadership experience from roles at BMO Financial Group, KPMG International, and York University. She also leads ongoing consulting work through H Consulting, supporting organizational development, leadership learning, and change initiatives. Her work bridges leadership theory, inclusive practice, and applied learning to support effective leadership in complex, evolving organizational contexts.
