Biography:

Brenda Kennedy is a Faculty Member at International Business University (IBU). Her work focuses on leadership in middle management, with expertise in leadership development, workplace coaching, organizational change, and executive learning.

Her teaching connects leadership theory with applied coaching practice. Brenda Kennedy helps students understand how managers lead through change, support team performance, and build leadership capability inside complex organizations.

She brings a strong applied orientation to leadership education through her work as an academic coach and facilitator in MBA leadership courses at Athabasca University. In this role, she integrates coaching-focused instructional design into graduate-level leadership learning.
