Brij Bali is a senior global strategist, educator, and author specializing in talent development, workforce strategy, and inclusive innovation. With over 30 years of international experience across North America, the Middle East, and East Africa, his work focuses on designing sustainable talent ecosystems that integrate intergenerational collaboration, digital capability, and social impact. Holding an MBA from IMD (Switzerland) and the University of Geneva, and currently a DBA candidate at the University of Bath (UK), Brij bridges rigorous scholarship with applied leadership practice.
