With more than 20 years of academic experience across Taiwan and Canada, Dr. Crissa Chen brings a strong interdisciplinary background in educational psychology, business, and applied teaching. Her academic work connects organizational behaviour, human resource management, global service management, and international business.
She has taught at several Canadian institutions, including Georgian College, University Canada West, Algoma University, and Yorkville University.
