Dr. Crissa Chen

Biography:

Crissa Chen is a faculty member specializing in Organizational Learning, Counselling, and Adult Education, with a strong foundation in educational psychology. Her academic work focuses on organizational learning, bilingual and multicultural education, teacher development, and learner engagement. Crissa’s research explores language learning, creativity cultivation, and strategies that enhance participation and impact in educational programs. She brings a unique blend of academic and applied experience, having contributed to national teacher training and curriculum committees with Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, as well as professional practice in bilingual client services at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). Her work bridges research, teaching, and real‑world practice to support inclusive, effective learning environments.
