Erica is an internationally experienced finance professional. With more than two decades of experience working in companies across North America, Europe, and Asia, she has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams in complex global organizations. Erica is a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Business Administration degree.
At IBU, her focus is on building a strong financial foundation to support the University’s strategic priorities, long-term sustainability, and future growth.
