Gina Jeneroux

Biography:

Gina Jeneroux is an award-winning business leader and strategist on the future of work, learning and skills. She is currently Chief Skills & Innovation Officer and Co-Founder at AETHEON, where she leads the company’s strategies for its AI-fuelled SkillsOS™ (skills operating system) and proprietary Skills Atlas™ (taxonomy and proficiency model).

Gina is the former Chief Learning Officer at BMO Financial Group, and a founding member of the World Economic Forum SkillsLink Alliance.

At IBU, Gina serves as a Professor of Practice in Future Work & Skills and Industry Advisory Committee (IAC) member. She holds five independent trademarks in the skills space, and she is passionate about helping people discover their potential, achieve their goals and pursue their boldest dreams for the future.
