Biography:
A seasoned organization consultant and leadership development program architect, Philip has close to 30 years of corporate consulting experience. He has worked extensively with numerous Fortune 100 companies around the world, helping organizations to establish talent management systems as well as executives in their personal and professional development.
Philip held senior management positions in Digital Equipment Corporation, Oracle Corporation, and General Electric Company, and travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific regions. His global working experiences have enabled him to work and communicate effectively across different cultures. Philip speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
