Ron Choudhury

Biography:

Ron Choudhury is a member of the Board at International Business University (IBU) and a partner in the Tax Group at Miller Thomson LLP. He leads the firm’s Commodity Tax Specialty Group.
He has a multi-disciplinary practice that includes corporate income tax, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, public disclosure, executive compensation, international tax structuring, and GST/HST.

Corporate and Legal Experience:

Ron Choudhury advises clients on a range of tax and corporate matters, supporting complex transactions and regulatory requirements. His work includes structuring and advisory services across domestic and international contexts.

Governance and Community Involvement:

Ron Choudhury is active in the legal and broader community. He founded the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto and served as its president. He has also contributed to several organizations through board and volunteer roles.
