Biography:

Shadi Ebrahimi is a faculty member specializing in Management, with expertise in management and information systems and a focus on leadership development, organizational learning culture, knowledge management, human resource management, and MIS/IT adoption. Her work is supported by an extensive quantitative and qualitative research publication record that explores the intersection of people, systems, and organizational effectiveness. Shadi brings applied professional experience in human resources operations and systems through roles with the York Region District School Board and Bayview Glen Private School, as well as business and administrative management experience with Heidari Music School and GAMA Informatics Corp. Her teaching and research integrate evidence‑based management practice with organizational and educational contexts.
