Dr Jenny Benoy has 12+ years of experience in research, consultancy, teaching and project based work in International Business, Human Resource Management, Strategy Mapping, Transformation Strategy, Talent Management, and Learning and Development. Prior to joining the IBU Faculty, Dr. Jenny has taught in an Assistant Professor, Visiting Lecturer, and Adjunct Faculty capacities for Universities in India, Ireland, and Canada. She has taught numerous courses, such as Research Methods, Human Resource Management, Strategy Management, Organization Behavior, Training and Development, and Introduction to Business at the Bachelor, and Master level. She has supervised research projects/dissertations both for graduates and post- graduates. She has also served as the Head of the Undergraduate Management Studies Department for 6 years in India. She is passionate about pursuing impactful research and brings her industry experience to the classroom.
