Dr. Ozog is a Digital Services analyst responsible for web and mobile testing at Excellus Health Plan in Rochester, New York. Besides working with Excellus, he delivers the Digital Teaching and Learning series for Blackboard which is now part of Anthology. He has digital and technology experience at financial services firms such as HSBC (web content planning), CitiBank (application support), and M&T Bank (both as a system administrator within enterprise architecture and a project administrator within commercial, credit, and treasury technology). His variety of professional experience informs his teaching. As a lecturer he has taught undergraduate business classes at SUNY Brockport (Rochester, New York) and International Business University (Toronto).

Academically, he has a PhD in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University (Lewiston, New York). His research focus is economic policies regarding agglomeration economies. His MBA is from St. John Fisher College (Rochester, New York). His undergraduate degree is a bachelor of professional studies in business management from Cazenovia College (Cazenovia, New York).
