English Proficiency Admission Requirements
All programs at International Business University (IBU) are delivered in English. To succeed in your studies, you must demonstrate strong English Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
If English is not your first language and you have completed fewer than four consecutive years of full-time study at an approved Canadian secondary school, you are required to provide proof of English Proficiency through an approved test.
Your test must:
- Be completed within two years of your intended start date
- Meet or exceed the minimum score listed below
- Be sent directly to IBU by the official test provider
Meeting the required English Proficiency standards ensures you are fully prepared to participate in academic discussions, complete written assignments, and engage confidently in your program.
