Ron Choudhury is a partner in the Tax Group of Miller Thomson LLP and the Lead of the Commodity Tax Specialty Group. Ron has a multi-disciplinary practice that includes corporate income tax advice focused on mergers and acquisitions and public disclosure, executive compensation, international tax structuring, and GST/HST. Ron is also active in the community, having founded the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto and acted as its president, and volunteered on boards of several organizations.
