High School Students
Admission requirements include:
- Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum average of 70% across qualifying Grade 12 courses
- Six Grade 12 U or M (university or mixed) courses, including Grade 12 English (U) and Grade 12 Mathematics (U)
- Satisfactory performance in Grade 12 university-preparation level courses
- Submission of official high school transcripts
- Online application form
- Proof of citizenship or valid immigration status
Applicants educated outside Canada may be required to submit additional documents to confirm academic equivalency and English language proficiency.
Admission decisions on undergraduate admission requirements in Canada are based on academic performance and preparedness for the BCOM curriculum.

Complete your application and submit the documents listed in Step 2.
- Submit high school transcripts.
- English Proficiency (if applicable).
- Proof of citizenship.
Once an admission decision is reached, the IBU Registrar’s Office will notify you directly. If accepted, you must pay your deposit to receive your final Letter of Acceptance and commence your studies.
After receiving your Letter of Acceptance, you must work towards paying the balance of your remaining tuition fees. As an IBU student, you are obliged to pay your tuition fees before the start of each term.
